Game dataEach major venue unlocks its own recipe sequence as it levels. The sequence differs from venue to venue.

Live buildSome system milestones are tied to a venue level, such as Manager availability.
Capacity
Live buildTables, staff and menu slots can grow with the venue. Exact per-level values are only known from the live UI.
Pricing
Live buildVenue progression raises the menu price ceiling. The exact multiplier per level is not closed by the production data.

What do venue levels unlock?
The production data records explicit recipe unlocks for every acquireable venue, and some venue levels also carry a business permit or item relation.
Do all venues unlock the same recipes?
No. Each major acquireable venue has its own recipe progression, so the unlock sequence differs from venue to venue.
When do Managers unlock?
Historical developer material and the current live build both point to venue level 3 as the Manager availability milestone.
Is Venue Level the same as Business Skill?
No. Venue Level is one restaurant's progression; Business Skill is the player's own progression.
Is Venue Tier the same as Venue Level?
No. Venue Tier is a separate static classification stored for the venue itself, not your current level.
Does upgrading a venue increase menu price limits?
Venue progression raises the price ceiling players report in the live UI, but the production data does not close an exact multiplier table for every level.
What is the maximum venue level?
The current export records five progression rows per venue. The player-facing maximum is being confirmed against the live UI before it is stated as a fixed number.
